We provide the lowest shipping cost possible.
We do ship worldwide so everyone can enjoy the beauty & power of our crystals.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery.
Singapore Domestic Orders:
- We use flat-rate shipping of S$3.90 for orders below S$70.
- Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is S$70.00 and above
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes
- International shipping is available and shipping costs will be based on the weight and size of the products. We provide a range of couriers for you to compare and choose from.
Order Cancellation Policy
- You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after your credit card payment has been authorized and approved. i.e. You cannot cancel the order after checkout upon reading and agreeing to all our Terms and Conditions.
Return Policy
- All products, once sold are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
- Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged
Custom Duty Charges
- Please be aware, import duties and other taxes may apply. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges and will be notified by customs officer if charges are applicable to your order.

Q. What about items I have ordered which are out of stock?
We are really sorry to inform you that this can sometimes happen due to high traffic volume of customers. In the event the ordered item is out of stock we will inform you and issue you a refund via your original payment method.
